A yeast nutrient blend Zinc-rich designed to support consistent and reliable fermentations, ensuring yeast remain healthy, viable and performs optimally.

FERMOPLUS® PerfectBrew-Zn is a multipurpose nutrient designed to promote yeast growth and viability. Useful for high gravity brews, high adjunct grain bills, and inconsistencies in raw material, brewhouse or yeast performance, whilst ensuring that the yeast has access to adequate quantities of readily available zinc.

Use for propagations or main fermentations.

Promotes yeast cell growth and high yeast viability which supports consistency and reaching expected attenuation. Helps avoid slow, defective, and stuck fermentations, and consequently reduces off-flavours and undesirable beer quality.

Dosage: 10-12 g/hL. Add directly into the cooled wort or dissolve in sterile water at a ratio of 1:10 and dose into the fermenter.

Composition: Di-ammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, autolysates of yeast, inactivated yeasts, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
FERMOPLUS® PerfectBrew-Zn supplies ca 14 mg/l of YAN (Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen)* for a dosage of 10 g/hl.
