Used for cleaning equipment in food production, such as tanks, processing facilities and packaging (e.g. plastic boxes in the food industry). Fat- and protein-dissolving properties that effectively dissolves contaminations. Can be used in all water hardnesses.
Should not be used on aluminum or other non-alkali resistant surfaces.
1. Rinse with water (35-40°C)
2. Wash with 20-55°C diluted solution. Contact time 10-30 minutes. Final temperature should be at least 35°C.
3. Rinse with cold water.
Product must NOT be mixed with acid or acidic products!
After cleaning, all surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.
Dosage: 0.5-3.0% by weight
Contents: Sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, phosphonates and water.
Shelf life: 12 months
pH: Concentrate approx. pH 13 and diluted solution (3.0%) approx. pH 12
The product is classified Causes serious corrosive damage to skin and eyes, Very toxic to aquatic organisms with long-term effects and May be corrosive to metals.
